What is Adult Care?
We provide support to individuals aged 18+ in the community, giving them the opportunity to live as independently as possible, and helping them to remain independent within their home environment.
Companionship Support
We offer you a wide range of activities that we can support you with. For example:
- Companionship
- Shopping/collecting prescriptions or pensions
- Assistance with pursuing recreational activities and interests
- Sitting services
- Emotional support
- Travel training
- Attending appointments
- Escorted outings
- Administrative tasks such as form filling or letter writing
- Pet care/dog walking
